Portsmouth Mayor Jim Kalb Raised In A Racist Gang!

I read with amusement comments on forums and in the Portsmouth Daily Times that a Mr. Carlton Cave came to Portsmouth City Council and stated that he didn't believe that Portsmouth Mayor Jim Kalb was a racist but rather someone who didn't care about the black community in Portsmouth. How wrong you are Mr. Cave.

Portsmouth Mayor Jim Kalb was raised on Jackson Avenue in Portsmouth, Ohio. During his teenage years and into his early adult life, Mayor Kalb was a member of a gang called the Jackson Street Gang. This gang consisted of racist individuals that lived on or about Jackson Avenue in Portsmouth, Ohio. This gang swore a "lifetime oath" that they would do everything in their power to impair or destroy the lives of members of the African American Community in the Portsmouth area.

Members of the Jackson Street Gang included Jim Kalb, Bruce Kalb, (brother of the Mayor), Ron Feazell, Gary Shepherd, Larry Shepherd, Larry Huffman, Carl Bias, Scott Briggs, Ted Baer and other individuals that lived in this area of Portsmouth. These individuals would hang out around the corner of Jackson and Brown Streets on many Friday nights when football season was going on and attack automobiles driven by individuals that lived in Farley Square. Many African Americans were physically assaulted in their attempts to travel on foot to watch football games thanks to these thugs.

A review of the criminal court records in Portsmouth and Scioto County will reveal that many of these men were charged with criminal activity on numerous occasions as juveniles, teenagers, and young adults. Mayor Kalb has many arrests on his record.

How many African Americans have been hired by Mayor Kalb? It won't take long to count them up because we can't find anyone. Even contracts for minorities are contracts that were rolled over from former Mayor Greg Bauer's administration. Mayor Kalb is still honoring his lifetime commitment to his gang affiliation. While this gang was not the Bloods or the Crips they had similar values of hatred that they live by.

Is it any wonder why Mayor Kalb took back McKinley Pool and now wants to sell it off? He is honoring his commitment to his gang affiliation. What would be better than ensuring that the youth of the African American Community had no where to play this summer? Maybe Mayor Kalb is hoping that this would infuriate many of the folks that live in and around Farley Square to the point that they would move out of Portsmouth. That would be a big feather in the cap of this racist mayor.

Judge Harcha III Backs Illegal Rule 28 Blocking Citizens From Filing Criminal Charges! Court of Appeals Bangs Judge Harcha Again!

MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGES SET UP ILLEGAL RULE TO PREVENT LOCAL CITIZENS FROM FILING CRIMINAL CHARGES

Many residents of Scioto County are unaware of an illegal rule that is in place at the Portsmouth Municipal Court that prevents citizens of this county from filing criminal complaints without the special approval of the Portsmouth City Solicitor. This rule is called Rule 28 and was written by Portsmouth Municipal Court Judges William Marshall (now a Scioto County Common Pleas Court Judge) and Judge Richard T. Schisler. The rule was established a few years ago when citizens found out that they had a right to go to either a Clerk of Court, a Magistrate, a Prosecutor, or a Judge and file a criminal complaint with the full power of the Ohio Revised Code backing the citizen.

Citizens filed criminal complaints against numerous public officials through Scioto County Common Pleas Court Clerk Mildred Thompson who agreed that there was enough evidence presented to her to warrant acceptance of the charges filed by the citizens. The citizens deliberately filed their complaints when then Scioto County Common Pleas Court Judge Walter Lytten was on vacation in order to force Scioto County Common Pleas Court Judge Howard Harcha III to make the ruling on the charges. According to the Ohio Revised Code once the complaints were filed and submitted to Judge Harcha III by Clerk Thompson, Judge Harcha III should have either issued arrest warrants or brought witnesses into his courtroom to gather more evidence before issuing the arrest warrant.

Judge Harcha III followed the pattern of the prior SOGP gangster judges and waited for Scioto County Judge Walter Lytten to return from vacation and both judges issued an order sending the citizens over to the Portsmouth Municipal Court claiming that the citizens were in the “wrong court” to begin criminal charges. The sad part about this matter is that the citizens were in the court that handles felony charges and had the full authority to act on the criminal complaints but Judge Harcha III was following the illegal Rule 28.When confronted with Rule 28 Judge Harcha III told me that the rule was “probably illegal” but said until someone challenged it in court he couldn’t do anything about it. (This is on audio tape.) Judge Harcha III has made it clear that he is willing to break the laws of the State of Ohio. He is a disgrace to the honest judges serving in this great state.

Rule 28 clearly sets up a situation where one man determines the fate of all criminal charges in the county, right? Wrong. Every week the Scioto County Prosecutors Office takes criminal allegations to the Scioto County Grand Jury and receives indictments on citizens without going through the Portsmouth Municipal Court. Rule 28 is only used when crooked judges such as Howard Harcha III wants to help cover up crimes by public officials. Judge Harcha III knows he can’t be sued because of his immunity as a sitting judge and he now is going down the path other judges have taken when they become power hungry. Judge Harcha III admitted during the sentencing phase of John Michael Schmidt that he was about to give Schmidt who had admitted raping his own daughter on numerous occasions probation. Judge Harcha III leaned back in his chair and stated, “I have reflected on this case and now realize that there are people coming through here everyday that I send to prison for less than what this man has done.” That statement came after Scioto County Assistant County Prosecutor Anita Matthew stood before Judge Harcha III and stated probation is not what this case deserves. That was said after Schmidt’s attorney, Mike Mearan told Judge Harcha III, “I know you can’t give my client probation after what has been written by local websites.” That’s right people, the only reason Judge Harcha III sent Schmidt to prison was because of our publicity.

Well maybe it’s going to take publicity on Judge Harcha III’s illegal actions enforcing Rule 28 to get the citizens rights to access to the courts back. Why are citizens in the county being forced to go to an office where they are not allowed to vote on the person that holds that office begging for help? County residents are not allowed to vote on the person that holds the City Prosecutors job. Isn’t that a little unfair? It’s also immoral and illegal.

Judge Harcha III has covered up numerous crimes that have been brought to his attention. He uses Rule 28 to back up his actions especially when it comes to helping out public officials. In 1995 Judge Harcha III was shown sworn testimony of a Ohio Highway Patrolman who went to Judge Harcha III’s home to get a search warrant and lied to Judge Harcha III. In court this trooper was confronted with his lies and admitted that he had lied to get the search warrant. When confronted with this information Judge Harcha III took no action. Judge Harcha III didn’t ask anyone in the County or City Prosecutors Offices to investigate the perjury committed by the Ohio Highway Patrolman.

Why? In Scioto County cops are allowed to lie under oath and they are protected by many judges including Judge Howard Harcha III.

In a recent civil case Judge Harcha III through out a lawsuit filed by David Newman who charged his lawyer with misconduct. Newman was seeking a judgment against Portsmouth Attorney Enrickez when Judge Harcha III used his power to initially deny David Newman his day in court. But the Ohio 4th District Court of Appeals overturned Judge Harcha III’s ruling. In fact, David Newman’s new lawyer, D. Joe Griffith, filed his appeal citing five areas where Judge Harcha III ruled illegally. The 4th District Court of Appeals agreed with four of the five areas and ordered Judge Harcha III to reinstate the civil case. In a round about way the Newman case involves activity by Portsmouth City Solicitor David Kuhn who was acting as a hearing officer for the federal bankruptcy court. Judge Harcha III needs to either step up and stop the injustices of Rule 28 or resign his office. He is a disgrace to the bench and until such activities he allows to continue are stopped no citizen of Scioto County is safe.

Over the last year there have been some mysterious decisions and hearings being rendered in the courtroom of Scioto County Common Pleas Court Judge Howard Harcha III. We have learned that the 4th District Court of Appeals has stated that trial court transcripts of the case of murderer John Martin Adams has been doctored and/or altered, Judge Harcha III dismisses a policeman’s lawsuit who is being represented by the same attorney in the Adams case, and finally Judge Harcha III banned a local citizen from audio or video taping the hearing for the residents of Grandview Avenue to ensure the public could be fully informed of the court hearing. Does this sound more like Nazi Germany in the 1940’s than what our forefathers set up for an open judicial system for the people?

I wrote a story over the weekend about the 4th District Court of Appeals issuing an order to Judge Harcha III demanding that he hold an evidentiary hearing to find out why four different trial court transcripts have been sent to the Court of Appeal in the Adams murder trial. Why would Judge Harcha III allow not 1, nor 2, nor 3, but 4 different trial transcripts to go up to the Appeals Court by an employee of his?

Maybe Judge Harcha III’s decision in the Grandview case sheds a little light on this matter. Judge Harcha III ordered Teresa Mollette to not take a tape recorder and/or video recorder into his courtroom for the Grandview Street residents hearing against the City of Portsmouth a few months ago. Mollette filed a paper with Judge Harcha III asking permission to video and audio record the hearing. Her request was not just denied but Mollette had her equipment seized by the judge until after the hearing was completed. The reporters from other media sources were allowed to take their equipment into the courtroom. In other words, Judge Howard Harcha III allowed the SOGP gangster reporters to bring their equipment into the courtroom, but denied Mollette who owns a website that publishes public information for free for her readers the right to capture the hearing with her equipment.

I now believe that maybe Judge Harcha III didn’t want Teresa Mollette to video or audio the hearing because he wouldn’t be allowed to alter the hearings transcript if he knew that Mollette would publish the hearing on her website. Judge Harcha III knows the local press never prints negative activity by local judges so he doesn’t mind having them in the courtroom with their equipment. Do you smell something funny hear people?Now we just learned this weekend that Judge Harcha III dismissed a case filed by Portsmouth Police Officer Steven Nagel against the City of Portsmouth and Portsmouth Police Chief Charles Horner. Officer Nagel complained that he was forced to provide information to Chief Charles Horner about Nagel’s association with former New Boston Police Officer Matt Powell and when Nagel refused to do so, Chief Horner retaliated against him and eventually fired him from his job. An arbitration hearing was held and the administrative officer ordered Nagel back to work but Chief Horner and Mayor Kalb has refused to put Nagel back to work.

Judge Harcha III gave a summary judgment for Chief Horner and the City of Portsmouth claiming no material fact was left in the case for a jury to be impaneled to hear testimony. This order disputes a prior decision by Judge Harcha III in which he stated material facts did exist and the case would go to trial. The attorney for Officer Nagel is Jim Banks from Dublin, Ohio. Attorney Banks is also the attorney for John Adams.

Is it coincidental clients of Attorney Banks are being thrown out of court now? Attorney Banks was fortunate to have a client like John Adams who had the financial resources to fight Judge Harcha III at the Court of Appeals. This forced the hand of Judge Harcha III and his immoral scheme to allow altered transcripts to go up against an individual seeking justice at the Court of Appeals. While I’m not saying Adams did or didn’t commit murder, he deserves to have his case heard fairly at the Court of Appeals.

How many other false transcripts have been submitted by Judge Harcha III’s court reporters to Courts of Appeal? How many men or women are aware that their court appointed lawyer may have not had the funds to fight like Attorney Banks has done to prove false information may have kept them in prison?

This activity by Judge Howard Harcha III appears to take us back to the 1940’s when altered information was used by Nazi Germany to slaughter innocent people using the courts to do the dirty work. What has been uncovered by Attorney Banks against this sitting judge is not just illegal, it is immoral!

Maybe if enough pressure is put on justices at the Court of Appeals a full investigation will occur on Judge Howard Harcha III and we can find out how long this illegal action has been going on.

We at the Sentinel sat in the courtroom of Judge Harcha III in 2003 when Attorney Mike Mearan stood up and stated that “he knew the deal that had been worked out for his client (rapist John Michael Schmidt) couldn’t be followed through with because of the public disclosure of the deal by certain websites.” It seems that Judge Harcha III learned to shut down website owners after we revealed his dirty deal back in 2003. Why else would a judge shut down the public from hearing what he says from the bench of his courtroom?

Finally, Judge Howard Harcha III was the Portsmouth Municipal Court Judge that illegally expunged the criminal record of now Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini. Judge Harcha III was fully aware that he illegally expunged two criminal records for Donini to make him eligible to run for Scioto County Sheriff. It was then Judge Harcha III that signed the illegal affidavit for Donini claiming that Donini had no criminal record that would prevent him from running for the office of Scioto County Sheriff.

These revelations should scare the people of Scioto County and make them reconsider putting Judge Harcha III back on the bench when his term expires. Judge Harcha III’s record proves he will cover up crimes and now maybe he is party to committing the crime of submitting false information to a higher court. Do you or your loved ones think you will get a fair hearing with this judge? You better think again.

CONVICTED MURDERER JOHN ADAMS MAY GET NEW TRIAL FOR KILLING OF CITY OFFICIAL! TRANSCRIPT ERRORS ARE THE CAUSE!

In July 2004 Dr. John Martin Adams was found guilty by a Scioto County Common Pleas Court Jury for the kidnapping of two local females and the murder of Portsmouth Community Development Director Bob Burns. Within the last four months the Ohio 4th District Court of Appeals has decided that because of problems with the trial transcript that it is more than likely that Adams can not get a fair appeal unless he is granted a new trial where an accurate transcript of witness testimony can be completed. Here is what the 4th District Court of Appeals sent back to Judge Howard Harcha III concerning the problems with the trial transcript from Adams criminal case:

10/23/06 CT ORDER JUDGMENT ENTRY: COURT OF APPEALS CASE 04-CA-2959 & 05-CA-2986 THIS COURT OVER THE PAST 2 YRS HAS GRANTED NUMEROUS EXTENSIONS OF TIME FOR FILING & SUPPLEMENTING THE RECORD IN THIS CASE. DURING THAT PERIOD, THE COURT REPORTER HAS SUBMITTED 4 DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THE TRIAL TRANSCRIPT, NONE OF WHICH ARE THE SAME, & SOME OF WHICH ARE NOT IN THE COURT FILE. MOREOVER, APPELLANT HAS REPEATEDLY CLAIMED THAT PORTIONS OF THE RECORD ARE MISSING, & THAT WHEN CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE THE RECORD WAS STILL INCOMPLETE OR OTHER RELEVANT MATERIAL WAS THEN EXCLUDED. IF THE CONTENTS OF THE RECORD ON APPEAL CANNOT BE ACCURATELY ASCERTAINED, &/OR THE TRIAL COURT DOES NOT RECTIFY ANY DISPUTES, A NEW TRIAL MAY BE THE ONLY WANT TO ENSURE THAT APPELLANT CAN FAIRLY & ADEQUATELY ARGUE HIS POSITION ON APPEAL. THIS COURT HEREIN CANCELS THE ORAL ARGUMENT SET FOR 10/26/06, IN THIS CASE AT THE SCIOTO COUNTY COURTHOUSE. CASE REMANDED W/INSTRUCTIONS. IT IS SO ORDERED.


As you can see, the Justices at the Court of Appeals believe that someone is messing around with the transcript of the Adams trial. Four different sets of transcripts have gone before the Court of Appeals and the Justices claim that all four are different. How can this be? The Justices are trying to be fair to Adams and believe that unless they grant a new trial or the record can somehow be cleared up then Adams civil rights will be violated.

According to the records in the Adams case file at the Scioto County Common Pleas Court Clerks Office, Adams was brought down for a hearing the first week of January 2007 and the hearing record for that day has been sealed so nobody can look at it. A motion was then filed back to the 4th District Court of Appeals by Adams attorney, James Banks of Dublin, Ohio after that hearing was completed and the record sealed seeking the new trial. Based on the filing of that motion it is clear that Attorney Banks believes that the trial transcript can not be fixed for use for Adam’s appeal.

The current Scioto County Prosecutor Mark Kuhn did not handle the first trial for Adams. This could present a big problem for the State of Ohio if Adams is granted a new trial. Can all the witnesses be found at this late date? Will Attorney Banks be able to avoid pitfalls made in the first trial for his client? At the end of the first trial two jurors told me that they did not believe the testimony of the only eyewitness in the case, Mrs. Burns. Now that Attorney Banks has her testimony will he be able to bring even more doubt the second time around? The jurors I talked with stated that they believed if Adams had testified on his own behalf and rebutted the testimony of Mrs. Burns that there was a possibility that the murder conviction would not have occurred. Adams may have only been convicted of kidnapping two other females he took with him to Kentucky right after the shooting.

The murder of Burns appears to be linked to a lawsuit filed against Adams by Bob Burns against Adams for something that happened during the treatment of Mrs. Burns by Adams. Adams was a psychiatrist employed by Marshall University. Mrs. Burns was a patient of Adams and the two eventually had some type of physical relationship that grew out of the patient/doctor relationship.

It is unclear when Adams will get his new trial but sources at the Scioto County Courthouse told me if the new trial is granted that it will probably begin in the late summer or early fall of this year.

Adams is currently confined at the Pickaway Correctional Institute in Orient, Ohio where he is serving a 15 year to life sentence. Adams is not due to come up for parole until May of 2029.

LOOKDEEPER OR IS IT CHARLES MANSON??? What do you think!

I thought that Charles Manson was still locked up at San Quentin Prison in California! But I'm not to sure now after seeing this man in the picture walking around free at a May 2007 Portsmouth City Council Meeting.

I'm not sure but is the swastika still on his forehead?? Oh, that's not Charlie, that's none other than Lookdeeper, Gary Daniels, from Westerville, Ohio.

I've been writing about this guy for about a week and this picture came up on another web blog where the owner of that blog was giving his opinion on scary Gary. (Click on this link to read that story on Rivervices: http://rivervices.blogspot.com/ ).

It seems that Gary Daniels has been a thorn in the sides of many people around Portsmouth. I thought maybe I was the only one that thought Daniels was missing a few screws in the mental department but after reading Bob Forrey's story, I'm positive that I'm not alone.

Daniels was making it his life goal to destroy Portsmouth City Councilman Bob Mollette. I'm not sure what the rationale for Daniels actions were about but when he decided to try to lie on Councilman Mollette and the councilman's wife by using me as a pawn right then and there I decided enough was enough. I gave fair warning to Daniels to retract the lies or I would take him on via the internet and expose him for what he really is; an internet stalker who ignores his families needs while he tries to destroy an honest man like Bob Mollette.

Well I thought it would be a better battle but Daniels is away licking his wounds, (if not licking other things) and his followers on another forum have just about lost total interest in the rantings of Daniels.

As Bob Forrey wrote in his story Daniels decided to use a computer name similar to my Doug Deepe name to play off of it and try to get people to follow him instead of me. That didn't work for long. Following Daniels can only lead those that follow him to the looney toon farm.

I must apologize to Charles Manson. I didn't mean to offend Charlie by calling Daniels, Manson. I have to admit though that the two do look alike, both crazed fools.

Moe's Forum Challenger Actually Thought I Would Travel Hundreds of Miles To Meet UNKNOWN Person! Swamplandking ID Revealed!

About 2 weeks ago an individual who writes on Moe's Forum challenged me to visit him/her at Mound Park tonight. This individual actually believed that I would travel a few hundred miles to come to a place where I would be walking into a meeting without having any knowledge of whom I would be meeting with. Apparently the fool(s) in question took the time to show up tonight while I was at a regional airport picking up my child who was returning from England after taking a beautiful vacation.

I have received an email though from an individual that claims he sat at Mound Park tonight to try to find out who my "unknown challenger" might have been. I'll be receiving a downloaded video either tonight or tomorrow which shows a few writers of Moe's Forum circling Mound Park tonight. One of those individuals is none other than Karen Collette, aka Swamplandking on Moe's Forum.

Yes Collette, we have your ip along with all the other writers on Moe's Forum. You see, Claudette Ferguson has been feeding information to an individual that I set her up with and after a long courtship Claudette was foolish enough to trust this person with passwords and user names that allowed us to get into Moe's Forum's Administrative Section and copy down all the user IP's.

Funny but the IP for Swamplandking and Karen Collette are identical. Swamplandking was my unknown challenger and here she was tonight circling around Mound Park. So, I wonder who Collette paid/or provided services too to come to Mound Park to defend her tonight? I hear she had quite a reputation at her prior job of offering services to get things done for her. Right Swamplandking or should it now be changed to queen??

I am quite amused that on Moe's Forum an address has been posted that claims I live in Columbus, Ohio. Now I have learned that Lookdeeper (Gary Daniels) lives in Westerville, Ohio. I did a search from Daniels house to the address where I supposedly live and found out it is less than 8 miles away. Surely Gary Daniels can drive 8 measley miles to come visit me!! Or I should say, visit my cousins who are anxiously awaiting his arrival.

As gullable as these fools are on Moe's Forum, I guess I should have sold them some swampland and gotten paid for putting up with their foolishness. Oh, I guess I did get some swampland after all, I exposed some swampland for what it truly is, a two faced bitch who covers for child pornographers and dope heads. Scioto County "Advocate for the Children" Supports Child Pornographer and Crackhead Wife! What's the difference between Ferguson and Leadingham cases?

Who did they leave in charge of the kids in Scioto County?? That's a good question considering that a crazed woman named Karen (Toleman) Dunham proclaims to be the "Advocate for the Children" in the area. Toleman Dunham is as looney toon as they come. It's amazing that the woman can remain sane enough to type on a computer, if she is the one actually doing the posting. Lately Toleman Dunham has been on Moe's Forum supporting Joe and Claudette Ferguson, two individuals with dispicable reputations that have been exposed to the community over the last couple of weeks.

Ferguson was arrested in 1999/2000 and charged with drugs and having possession of child pornography (pictures of minor children ages 1 and 4) which turned out to be his stepdaughters. It appears his wife, Claudette Ferguson saw nothing wrong with the naked pictures of her children being in the possession of a man that was not the childrens father. I don't know about the rest of you but that turns my stomach and makes me wonder where Scioto County Childrens Services was at when this came to light???

Now we have a crazed woman that claims to be an advocate for childrens rights out there on the internet supporting these two sickos.

I've been studying the Ferguson case and it reminds me of another man who faced criminal charges for having child pornography of minors though that case was minors in their mid to upper teens in age, not babies. In the late 1980's the political powers that be went after a New Boston Photographer Orland Leadingham and accused him of having sexually explicit photos of minors. This was the same thing that Joe Ferguson was accused of having in his possession in 1999/2000.

The Leadingham case went to trial and Leadingham served over 14 years in the penitentiary and had then Scioto County Prosecutor Lynn Alan Grimshaw writing letters to the Ohio Parole Board demanding that Leadingham remain in prison and not be released on parole of anykind. Once the Ohio Parole Board did send Leadingham to a halfway house to prepare him for release but he was sent back to prison after Grimshaw learned of that development. Anyone that reviewed the Leadingham case will tell you that the punishment did not fit the crime and that what really transpired was that Leadingham went against the gang and was going to run for Scioto County Sheriff even though he was ordered not to do so by the Democratic Gangsters. Leadingham was sent off to Columbus to a supposed photoshoot of then Ohio House Speaker Vernal Riffe only to be told upon his arrival in Columbus that he better return home because his house was being searched.

Leadingham was a political prisoner that the gang tried to kill in prison. No, they didn't try to kill him with a gun, or a hitman, they saw Leadingham was suffering from a serious heart condition and they wanted him to suffer with little medical care in hopes of killing him behind bars to prevent Leadingham from ever speaking what he knew about the gangsters of Scioto County.

Then we have Joe Ferguson, a man doing exactly what Orland Leadingham was doing but yet nothing was done to Ferguson by the same prosecutor Lynn Grimshaw. Can't you smell something funny with what went down? I sure do. Two men charged with basically the same crime and one walked free! I wonder what Ferguson gave to Grimshaw to get his case dropped?? Maybe someday we will find out.

Until then we have sicko idiots like this Karen Toleman Dunham claiming to be the savior of the kids using the perverts weblink to do her sick minded spinning for Ferguson and his wife. These three truly deserve one another. Maybe Dunham can supply Ferguson with some additional kids for his next set of pictures! They are in bed together! I wonder if she is his supplier? Only she and Ferguson knows that answer. I wonder if she is the mystery woman at Ferguson's home when he was arrested in 1999 as reported in the Portsmouth Daily Times article? Maybe she has been working with Ferguson all this time!

PAIN CLINIC OWNERS CHARGED IN FEDERAL INDICTMENT! CLINIC FOUND SUPPORTERS ON MOE'S FORUM!

Yesterday afternoon Sentinel reporter Austin Leedom received a telephone call from Channel 4 Columbus, Ohio asking for our information on the local pain clinic operated by Office Managers Denise Huffman, her daughter Alice Huffman Ball and Dr. Paul Volkman. A federal indictment was handed down yesterday after a year long investigation charging the three with the responsibility of the deaths of at least 9 local residents of Portsmouth/Scioto County.

Last night around 8:45 I talked with reporters of Channel 4 and gave them permission to use the stories that I had written and is readily available on the internet. The Sentinel and Doug Deepe were the first websites to write about the first case involving a pain clinic where Denise Huffman was employed. That involved Doctor David Proctor who is now serving a lengthy federal sentence after he was caught fleeing the country with his mistress Carolyn Lykins.

When the Proctor case ended, Denise Huffman moved her pain shop to Portsmouth, Ohio where she and her daughter, Linda Huffman Ball, hooked up with Dr. Paul Volkman and continued doing business as usual. About six months into that operation we were told by Denise Huffman (and was confirmed by a video recording in her office) that Portsmouth Police Officers entered her place of business in the early evening and demanded to look at the businesses patient records. According to Denise Huffman, Portsmouth Police Chief Charles Horner tried to "shake her down for cash". I interviewed Chief Horner about this accusation and he denied it happened. I then emailed federal prosecutors in Cincinnati, Ohio with the allegations and soon after a federal search warrant was issued by the federal court in Cincinnati for the Tri State Health Care Clinic without the knowledge of the local law enforcement officials. During the raid Sentinel reporters were told by federal agents that local law enforcement were not aware of the raid until after the raid began and this was only a courtesy call to inform them that the warrant was being served. Federal agents removed hundreds of boxes from the clinic while local law enforcement officials stood idly by watching.

This pain clinic received "high praise" on a local website called Moe's Forum. As late as this week people were on that forum seeking information about the new location of the clinic. Click this link to take you to that post (at least until they pull it down.)

The second post in the above link is from the forum owner and it states he hasn't heard from Denise Huffman in a long time. This clearly proves that Ferguson had contact with Huffman in the past. The owner of Moes Forum, Joseph Ferguson, is a convicted cocaine abuser/dealer who was caught in a case involving cocaine with a purchase value of over $20,000 in 2000. Ferguson was also caught with child pornography pictures in his home at 309 Front Street. Ferguson's wife Claudette stated on their forum that the pictures in question were of her two young children, with no biological link to Joseph Ferguson.

Over the years posters on Moe's Forum told the public that the pain clinic operated by Denise Huffman and Dr. Volkman was "legite" and that they encouraged people with chronic pain to go there for treatment. According to the federal indictment 9 names of dead local citizens is listed in the indictment but as many as 13 deaths are linked to the clinic in question.

Does it surprise anyone that a crack head and his crack head wife would support a pain clinic that was killing local residents? It doesn't surprise me. This is the norm for drug dealers/abusers to stick together.

It is unclear when Volkman, Huffman, and Ball will be arraigned or tried. The Sentinel will be traveling to federal court to watch this case as we did with the Doctor David Proctor case.

When Will Columbia's First Drug Bust Take Place? Doug Deepe To Rejoin Sentinel Staff Starting Today! CCG Turns Away From Lookdeeper's Demand!

I have been called and emailed from many Portsmouth residents informing me that they will not support the Columbia Music Hall since they are now aware that Lee Scott is allowing other drug dealers and/or porno picturing taking men to work inside the new Music Hall. It appears that all the time and effort put in by Lee Scott may have been for nothing as I too join those individuals that are supporting not attending any events at the Columbia until Scott does the right thing and remove these people from being in employment positions at the Columbia whether these people work for "free" or under the table.

They say you can normally get an indication of a persons future actions by reviewing their past history. Lee Scott was convicted of drug charges back in the 1980's. This bust was not a small time arrest, it was one of the biggest drug busts at the time that Scioto County had ever had.

Upon Lee Scotts return to the Portsmouth area he announced that he was a "changed man and his past was just that, his past." Scott told all of us that he would not associate himself with drug dealers especially after he married a lawyer and has a young daughter to support. So what happened to those words Lee Scott? When did you decide to return to running with dope dealers?

Ever since the Columbia Music Hall has been opened Lee Scott has allowed a convicted drug dealer to operate his sound boards/lighting system for the Columbia. This individual is named Joseph R. Ferguson who resides at 309 Front Street. Ferguson was convicted in 2000 for trying to distribute cocaine in the area with a purchase value of $20,000. That was the value of the drugs at cost to the person who bought the drugs, not what the drugs could be sold for on the street. According to law enforcement officials the cocaine found during the raids could have a street value of upwards of $200,000 or more depending on how the drugs were mixed and resold.

During the arrest of Ferguson at his Front Street residence, nude pictures of little girls were found. The newspaper quoted former Assistant Scioto County Prosecutor Rick Brown as saying the nude pics would result in additional charges of child pornography against Ferguson. Ferguson's lawyer, current 1st Ward City Councilman Mike Mearan, (known around town as set the pedophiles free Mike) took his client in and worked out a deal for Ferguson to plead guilty to the drug charges in exchange for not filing the sex crimes against his client. Apparently it worked and Ferguson is now allowed around little kids again.

If you have young children that may be going down to the Columbia Music Hall I would reconsider letting them go, especially unsupervised. Lee Scott broke his promise to the people so the people should make Mr. Scott reconsider his actions.

It's only a matter of time until we read in the paper that drugs were inside the Columbia Music Hall. Who will stop them since we now know former drug dealers/abusers are blessed to come and work for Lee Scott.

I would like to release to the public today that Austin Leedom and I have worked out an arrangement for me to return to writing stories for the Shawnee Sentinel. Our agreement is with the understanding that we return the Sentinel to the path it originally started down, one of exposing corruption in Portsmouth and Scioto County. I will still keep my blog but I have given permission for my stories to go online with the Sentinel and I will be writing stories that will only appear on the Sentinel website.

From now on stories found on the Sentinel will have names attached to them and the people will know who wrote the stories. This was not followed while Austin was gone out of town working to help restore phone service to devastated areas around the country. So, stay tuned. We are about to start rocking the world again.

Finally, a man that calls himself Lookdeeper, possible sexual predator Gary Daniels, stated on Moe's Forum that the Concerned Citizens Group was going to shut down the CCG Roundtable after Daniels went in and blasted Teresa Mollette owning this site without the permission of the CCG Executive Committee. My sources tell me that the CCG Executive Committee met and decided that Daniels was not telling the truth because the CCG authorized the runboard before current President Bob Forrey took over. The CCG Executive Committee decided that a disclaimer (which was discussed prior to Daniels outburst by Teresa Mollette to the CCG group) is all that was necessary and that the CCG roundtable would continue.

If by chance the CCG decides to close their roundtable, I will open up another CCG roundtable for the people to write on and discuss city issues as is currently available. Gary Daniels is a resident of Westerville, Ohio and has no right ordering the CCG members to do anything. Daniels needs to stay in Westerville and take care of his court ordered payments to his ex-family. His money would be better spent taking care of his own back yard before he gets in another persons!

Claudette Ferguson says pornograph pics were pics of her daughters! Who was the mystery lady arrested with her husband?

Just when you think you have heard it all, you usually get something even better. That was told to me by a man at McDonald's about the Mike Blackburn investigation but it holds true about my inital story about Joseph Ferguson allegedly being caught with pornographic pictures at his home at 309 Front Street, Portsmouth, Ohio when the house was raided for drugs with a legal search warrant by the Ohio Liquor Control and the Ohio Public Safety Agents.

Little did I know that Joe Ferguson's wife Claudette would come out on Moe's Forum and announce to the whole world that the pictures in question were pictures of her two daughters ages 1 and 4 at the times the pic(s) were taken. Claudette Ferguson went on to say that the girls were in a pool naked and that she thought that was appropriate.

Then I went back and re-read the arrest story from the Portsmouth Daily Times and discovered that at the time Joe Ferguson was arrested there was an "unidentified woman" at the location of the search. Now why would the PDT report that an unidentified woman was present if that woman was Ferguson's wife Claudette?

It sure makes a person wonder.

I have also notice something else weird about this case. There were five or six people arrested and the PDT stated that one arrest was made in Columbus. The funny part is that with the exception of Joe Ferguson, none of the names in the PDT article had criminal complaints filed against them in either the Portsmouth Municipal Court or the Scioto County Common Pleas Court. Unless they all changed their names it appears that none of them were ever charged.

Does this indicate that maybe they all were willing to snitch on Ferguson in exchange of getting their charges dismissed before they ever went to court? Was Ferguson the ring leader of the cocaine business that got busted? The story said the cocaine buyer was arrested in Columbus, Ohio. Was Joe Ferguson the distribution man in Scioto County? All of these questions are out there for people to ponder because Joe Ferguson rushed to plead guilty to the crimes against him in exchange for probation.

I for one am concerned for the children used in the porno pictures. How were their mental status affected by this type of activity? It's one thing for a parent to take a picture of a newborn baby getting its' first bath but I believe there's a serious problem when a woman allows a man who is not the father of the child to see a four year old child naked! If that's what Mrs. Ferguson believes is acceptable then she should seek some help to better understand that it is not acceptable to do such things.

A review of the official court records proves that Joe Ferguson is physically abuse to family members. The Portsmouth Police arrested him on domestic violence charges but the family member failed to show up to prosecute him on the day of his hearing. This is a good example why jurors are turned off by many domestic violence cases even when the charge is legitimate. Letting abuse men of the hook is a crime against humanity.

It is good to know that Portsmouth Police Chief Charles Horner has finally had his name cleared about this matter with Joe Ferguson. Ferguson has stated to numerous individuals that it was Chief Horner and his "goons" that "set him up" on the drug charges. While I have problems with many things Chief Horner has done, when I find out he has been wronged I say it for my readers to read. I took Ferguson at his word which isn't worth spit! That error won't happen again.

Ferguson has made threats on his Moezine Forum that if these type of stories and statements continue that there will be "consequences" in the future. I hope one of the consequences is a lawsuit so I can get Joe and his wife Claudette under oath and expose both of them and their few posters on their forum for what they truly are: garbage!

MOES FORUM OWNER'S THE FERGUSONS FOUND IN POSSESSION OF CHILD PORN IN 1999 DRUG RAID OF THEIR HOME!

In December 1999 agents from the Ohio Liquor Control and Ohio Public Safety Offices in Columbus, Ohio initiated search warrants in the Scioto County bars looking for illegal drugs after a long investigation into criminal activity in the local area. One of the searches eventually led these agents to go to the home of Joseph R. and Claudette Ferguson located at 309 Front Street in Portsmouth, Ohio. At that time the agents from Columbus with the assistance of local law enforcement officials found not only drugs but also child pornographic materials in the Ferguson home.

According to the files maintained by the investigative agents, it was expected by them that Joseph Ferguson would be charged with possession of child pornography involving a minor child when the case went to the Scioto County Grand Jury. To the surprise of the state agents, the Scioto County Prosecutor Lynn Alan Grimshaw cut a secret deal with Ferguson's lawyer, Attorney Mike Mearan (the current 1st Ward Portsmouth City Councilman) which permitted Ferguson to plead guilty to the drug charges only, by using a "bill of information" and blocking the case from going to the Scioto County Grand Jury for consideration of matters other than the drug charges that Ferguson pled guilty to on 2/10/2000. There is no indication in the Scioto County Common Pleas Court files that the Ferguson case went to the Scioto County Grand Jury before the issuance of the bill of information was issued to Joseph R Ferguson.

This type of activity by the former Scioto County Prosecutor and the former Scioto County Prosecutors Office operated by Lynn Grimshaw is not unusal. In September 2003 Prosecutor Grimshaw's Office was working with Attorney Mike Mearan on a sex case that would have allowed Wheelersburg High School Teacher Mike Schmidt to plead guilty to sex crimes against his daughter using the same technique of the "bill of information". Luckily the Sentinel was tipped off to the Schmidt secret deal and after we publicized the matter the Schmidt case resulted in a prison sentence of 7 years. It appears that Joseph R. Ferguson's case was pushed through allowing the sexual allegations to never see the courtroom doors.

According to an article in the Portsmouth Daily Times in December 1999, Ferguson's arrest did involve the possession of child pornography. This information was released to the press and publicized by the Portsmouth Daily Times in a front page article. (I will get the article and publish it in the next few days.) The pornographic pictures seized at the Ferguson home on Front Street by the state agents can not be released but I was able to learn that the child in question was related to the Fergusons. State law doesn't permit the release of the pictures of the minor child to the press so only the Ferguson's, their lawyer Mike Mearan, and the agents on the scene know the exact relationship of the minor child with Joseph Ferguson.

Joseph Ferguson surrendered the following personal property to the State of Ohio as part of his agreement to resolve the case with only drug charges: a Honda GL 1000, a Cadillac Coupe De Ville, a Ford Aerostar, and a 1976 Chevy Van as part of his plea arrangement. According to the search warrant of the Ferguson home a personal computer was seized and held by the State of Ohio for about eight months after Ferguson's arrest. Ferguson filed paperwork to get the computer back in October 2000 and his motion was granted. The State of Ohio couldn't hold the computer if they were not going to proceed with the child porno charges. It is not clear whether or not the computer stored the child pornography pictures or if agents found the pictures printed out.

It appears that the Ferguson household didn't learn anything from 1999/2000 drug arrest of Joe Ferguson. On 4/26/2004, Claudette Ferguson, wife of Joseph R. Ferguson was arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department for possession of drug paraphenalia. She was found guilty in Portsmouth Municipal Court.

Violence also surrounds the 309 Front Street address as the Portsmouth Police Department charged Joseph Ferguson with domestic violence against a family member in May of 2001. That case had to be dismissed because the family member that the police claims was assaulted failed to come to court to prosecute the case.

It should be noted that Joe Ferguson is known as "MOE" on the Moezine Internet Forum. In 2003 I questioned Ferguson about his drug arrest and at no time did he ever inform me about the child pornography matter. Ferguson maintained that Portsmouth Police Chief Charles Horner framed him on the drug charges. I went to the Chief of Police in 2003 and questioned him about this matter and was told by Chief Horner that he and his officers were not the initiating law enforcement agency in the case. Chief Horner did say to me that Ferguson should just count his blessings. When I asked Chief Horner what he meant by that Chief Horner said there were other issues in the case that he could not discuss. It's clear to me that Chief Horner was inferring to the child pornogrpahy pictures back when we discussed this in 2003 but at no time did Chief Horner ever tell me about this matter. I learned about the child pornography during my investigation of the Ferguson drug conviction.

I believe that since Joe and Claudette Ferguson are representing themselves as "upstanding citizens" on their internet forum that it is important that the public be informed about their checkered past. I've already been threatened with a lawsuit by the Ferguson's if I dare to print this story. I welcome any such lawsuit as it will allow me to get more information concerning the child pornography collected at the Ferguson home at 309 Front Street.

Just because Ferguson and his lawyer got the porn charges out of the 1999/2000 case doesn't mean that it is not factually based. There is a historical pattern of sex cases being dismissed by the former Scioto County Prosecutor Lynn Grimshaw. This is no longer the case with the new Scioto County Prosecutor Mark Kuhn. Too bad the Ferguson case didn't come to light now. The outcome may have been very different.

There are individuals in the Portsmouth area that can testify that Claudette Ferguson has admitted the pictures existed but that they were not "as bad as portrayed in the paper." Hopefully the Ferguson's follow through on their threat of a lawsuit so I can get my hands of the pictures in question. As a parent I find it reprehesible that law enforcement agents for the State of Ohio looked at the pictures in question and believed a child was being used for pornography and the matter is plea bargained away with no justice for the child.

The Ferguson's new hangout is the Columbia Music Hall. According to the Columbia Theatre owner Lee Scott, Joe Ferguson works for him running his light and sound board "for free." Now that the public has this information I wonder how this might affect parents sending their children downtown for late night events? Just a question!

More on this story is coming! I have requested many documents from the case that I will put up for my readers to review once the agents have time to sort through them to ensure they do not release any material protecting the child's rights that is involved in the sex pictures.

PORTSMOUTH'S EASTEND DRUG KINGPIN BUSTED! WHAT WILL PPD OFFICERS DO NOW THAT KICKBACKS ARE GONE?

The Portsmouth Daily Times reported on May 16, 2007 that the Portsmouth Police Department arrested James Donald Truman aka "The Eastend Drug Kingpin" on charges of illegal drug possession, tampering with evidence, and other criminal activity. Truman has been arrested on other drug charges in the past only to be released after the Scioto County Prosecutors Office accepted a polygraph test to clear Truman. Residents of Portsmouth's Eastend stated that Truman had been protected in the past by corrupt Portsmouth Police Officers/Detectives who were taking bribes in exchange for turning a blind eye to drug traffic that occurred out in the open on Sixth and Seventh Streets of Portsmouth.

I have personal information the Portsmouth Police Chief Charles Horner was provided the name of one PPD Detective that was observed with Truman in his police vehicle behind Truman's home in the alley between Sixth and Seventh Street. One man called Portsmouth Police Chief Charles Horner after he personally witnessed small children in a room where oxycontin was being sold but Chief Horner took no action on the report.

You have to give Truman credit. It appears that most of the property is owned by Truman's brother which prevents the Scioto County Prosecutors Office from going after the property under the drug seizure laws of the State of Ohio. The Sentinel conducted a drug investigation on a Scioto County Probation Officer in the mid 1990's and in the middle of that investigation Truman bought property from the drug addicted individual we were investigating.

I wonder if the Apostolic Church on Jackson Avenue still operates a charter school? If so, why hasn't Truman been charged with selling drugs within a school zone? The school's gymnasium is well within 1000 feet of Truman's home and garage that was searched and where drugs were located. I wonder if the Scioto County Prosecutors Office is aware that this school may exist? That could be an honest mistake on their part. We will be contacting the minister of the church to see if they still operate their school at the church.

MOES FORUM USERS DWINDLES DOWN TO 2 ADDICTS, 1 PSYCHO, 1 PIMP, 1 DISGRUNTLED BUSINESS OWNER, and 1 UNKNOWN

I have been monitoring Moe's Forum with a couple of my friends and its sad to say that the forum we helped create a few years ago by linking our websites to that forum has dwindled down to 2 drug addicts, 1 pimp, 1 psycho, 1 disgruntled businessman, and 1 unknown female who claims to be the savior of local kids.

Over the last couple of days the psycho, Gary Daniels (aka Lookdeeper) has been posting new links and then having to go back and talk to himself because nobody will talk to him online. It's sad to say that the forum is being led by two crackheads that have a connection with the local disgruntled businessman who seems to be angered at every turn by his failure to see attacks being made on him by other local business entrepreneurs. The real problem is that this disgruntled businessman simply was outsmarted by his competition. Then there is the cyber pimp, a guy that calls himself swamplandking. This guy seems to feel like he is the cyber cop and claims to have all the answers. The only problem is he doesn't even know what the questions are!! Finally they have a woman that claims to be the kids savior of Scioto County. This woman is about as crazy as they come.

It's really sad to say it but what once was a place for local people to express their views has become the personal playground of the druggies and their employer. Threads that are against the local businessman are immediately pulled down while favorable links are kept right at the top of the page to ensure that only positive publicity is written on that forum for the disgruntled businessman.

But there is some good news on the forum front. A new man has stepped forward and has opened up a forum where citizens can once again take on the gang without worrying about being censored. The following link will get you there. It is called Looks Forum!

I don't know the name of the owner of this forum but he has allowed me the opportunity to address my enemies that write about me on Moe's Forum where I was banned from responding in kind. I hope for the disgruntled businessman's sake he reevaluates his position and separates himself from employees who use drugs because eventually this will leak into his business venture and it will impact on that business. It's only a matter of time until the Social Security Administration comes knocking on the door anyway.

Maybe in the very near future we can have a funeral service for the demise of Moe's Forum. That way it can be put away once and forall where it belongs. On the scrapheap of death.

CCG PRESIDENT NEEDS TO STEP UP AND CALL GARY DANIELS AKA LOOKDEEPER A LIAR FOR COMMENTS ABOUT LATEST CCG MEETING!

It took me less than 4 hours to prove once and again that Gary Daniels, aka Lookdeeper, is the biggest liar that has ever written on the internet. The following is a message written by Daniels on Moe's Forum which Daniels basically states that the CCG is going to "distance themselves" from CCG Member Teresa Mollette.

"This Observational-Reporter attended tonights CCG meeting. The acting CCG President Dr Robert Forrey informed the attending CCG members that the CCG will initiate dialog with Teresa Mollette pertaining to the CCG Roundtable Forum. Richard Noel has been the CCGs president. He yielded that position in order to comply with the CCGs bylaws due to his 6th ward candidacy. The official CCG legislation was tabled until Mollette could be engauged face to face of the pending motion to get the CCG Namesake removed from the forum founded in its name. The CCG president reported he expressed his aprehensivness to Mollette using the CCG Namesake before it was made public. His concern took second seat and the forum was created anyway in the CCGs name. Whenever this pending motion comes to vote... will the CCG release an official statement to inform the public about its decision? Will the defrocked Teresa Mollette also release a public statement? Or, will both just make the name change and not tell anyone what they did? The command will be: Teresa Mollette MUST remove the CCG from the "RoundTable" forum. Many of the CCG members claim they knew nothing of how the CCG "namesake" was being represented on the Internet. One (maybe two) of them rathered I just hit the road and leave. Although they claim they do not get on the Internet and care less what is being stated in the CCGs name... they still rather claim what their "INTERNET MANAGER" does using the name CCG is of no concern to their cause. But the officer in charge thought otherwise and pledged to revoke the CCG name from the Internet forums. I'm pleased to see that Daniels has finally called himself a "reporter" because he now moves into the public official classification under the law. Now I can really have some fun with this idiot.

I made a call to a lifetime member of the original Concerned Citizens Group to inquire about what Daniels had written about Teresa Mollette and learned that nothing like what was written by Daniels occurred at this meeting. I then called another member who agreed that nothing like this had occurred at the Saturday, May 12, 2007, meeting.

Finally I called Teresa Mollette and inquired if she was aware about this posting about her by Daniels. Teresa stated she was aware of it and had made a call to the CCG President Robert Forrey asking for him to make a statement clarifying the lies that had been written about her. To my surprise CCG President Robert Forrey stated he didn't want to get into it with Daniels and that he believed if Daniels was ignored that he would go away. President Forrey did tell Teresa Mollette that nothing was true about what Daniels had written.

I guess President Forrey doesn't understand the parasitic Daniels. Daniels is like a cancer that can only be controlled by rooting out his lies publicly and anyone in charge of a group that fails to address these types of situations should re-examine what they stand for. Forrey has his own blogspot called Rivervices and could easily go out and address this matter and clear it up for Teresa Mollette. Should Forrey let these lies continue I believe that the end of the CCG is within sight.

One more point about the liar Gary Daniels. Daniels claims he has been to only one other CCG meeting and that involved the time when a Mr. Jones came to speak. Sorry Daniels but you came to a CCG meeting at the Ponderosa, sat quietly in the back, and stuffed your face with the food and then left.

Last night Daniels went to the Portsmouth City Council Meeting to try to spread more lies on the Mollette's but the rules implemented by Portsmouth City Council about using personal references shut him down. My sources tell me that after the meeting Daniels ran off like the coward he truly is so he didn't have to face Teresa Mollette.

Finally, Daniels has yet to deny that he isn't the child pedophile from Hamilton County. Now I hear that he was seen around town last weekend with a young male child in his car. No female was with him. Then again, Daniels ex emailed me that Daniels is an alleged woman beater! That's a story for later. I'm gathering pics and documents from the woman in question and I'll publish them shortly. The more Daniels yaps the more people are coming forward about him. This guy is truly a sleaze! Oh yeah, and he still lives with his mommy! Mid 30's or older, lives with his mommy, out in the country, preys on individuals on the internet, sure makes you wonder. Pedophile profile or what???

HISTORY SPEEKS WELL OF THE SENTINEL AND DOUG DEEPE INVESTIGATIONS! WHERE'S LOOKDEEPERS RESULTS??

The other night I read in the Portsmouth Daily Time web articles that local Attorney Joe Hale and some of his lawyer friends had resolved the first oxycontin case with a judgment of around $600,000,000. When I read that story I realized that the first oxycontin story about the effects this drug was having on citizens of our country was written by Sentinel owner/reporter Austin Leedom.

This case started when I was a client of Attorney Joe Hale back in the mid 1990's. Austin Leedom investigated the death of Mr. Burton, investigated the drug oxycontin, and wrote the first story about it in a Shawnee Sentinel Newspaper that was distributed in the Portsmouth and Scioto County region. Austin advised Attorney Hale that the case was a "big one" and we were present when Attorney Hale won the first "summary judgment" which resulted in a champagne cork being sent into the drop ceiling of Attorney Hale's office. We knew then that the case would take years and a lot of money to fight in court and due to Attorney Hale and other attorneys joining forces the makers of oxycontin have now been found liable for their lies.

Good job Austin on that story! You had it right my friend. This made me take the time to sit back and look at all the other stories we initiated which resulted in either the firing, resignation, defeat through election, or recall of public officials and/or private citizens that committed crimes in Scioto County. The list is a real who's who affair.

1. Resignations of SSU President Clive Veri and SSU Vice President of Finance David Creamer after the revelation they committed bonding fraud in 1995.

2. Bradford Wedebrook imprisoned after we revealed his theft of thousands of dollars from the elderly and disabled.

3. Recall of Portsmouth Mayor Greg Bauer for malfeasance in office.

4. Recall of Portsmouth City Councilwomen Ann Sydnor and Carol Caudill for malfeasance in office.

5. Resignation of Portsmouth City Service Director Mike Blackburn for theft of city id to illegally purchase a home computer.

6. Imprisonment of Wheelersburg High School teacher/football coach John Michael Schmidt for rape of his daughter.

7. Defeat of 25+ year Scioto County Prosecutor Lynn Grimshaw after revelations of corruption in his office in 2002 primary.

8. Defeat of 10 year Scioto County Common Pleas Court Judge Walter Lytten after revelation of corruption in his office and his oversite of the Scioto County Probation Department.

9. Revelation of connection to known drug abusers/dealers with Portsmouth Police Officers, including the Chief of Portsmouth Police Charles Horner.

10. Resignation of Scioto County MRDD Superintendent John Oakley after we exposed his sexual affairs and misuse of public funds.

11. Resignation of Lucasville Valley Superintendent Doug Booth after we exposed his sexual relationship with a teacher in the school district.

12. The disbanding of the Scioto County Drug Task Force occurred when we started investigating where the money was going!

This is just a few of the stories that we have worked on over the last decade and does not include the hundreds to thousands of personal stories we investigated for our readers. When I think back on all this hard work I am very proud of what we have done to expose corruption in Scioto County and the City of Portsmouth.

On a few internet forums I read where people claim to be "exposing corruption" and how these nameless people try to claim how much they have done to help bring change in Scioto County and Portsmouth. One of these individuals is a "boy" named Gary Daniels (a possible sexual predator). Maybe Daniels and his buddies can do what I have done and list up their accomplishments in their alleged investigations where they have "exposed" corruption.

It's easy to hide in the closet and claim to do something but it takes guts to come out and take these people on in public using your own name. We have done that and we are still standing.

I enjoy reading how certain people claim they led the recall of Mayor Greg Bauer when we can prove we were leading the charge 18 months before it started. It was our investigations that took former Mayor Bauer down, not the dumping of a few bucks by newcomers to the fight to buy a few ads on the radio or newspaper.

To win a war you must fight in the trenches! A simple review of our record proves Austin, Wally and I have been in the trenches and not many others can claim that either.

NEW LAWSUIT THREAT THIS TIME BY COLLETTE! DON'T SING IT BABY, BRING IT!

I had some free time yesterday so I decided it was time to go back over to Moe's Forum and read for myself some of the things that were being emailed to me to ensure what I was receiving was the truth. Low and behold I find one posting by Karen Collette, aka Karen Wellman, aka Paul Penix Srs. "step" daughter (her words), threatening to sue me! Not only did she make the threat but she went on to say that she received her advice from the Scioto County Prosecutors Office.

It appears that Karen Collette/Wellman/Penix is upset that I wrote about her deceased daddy and his association with the SOGP gangsters along with the fact that she had stated to me that she was going to make application for disability benefits for some medical condition that she told me wasn't really that serious.

First the medical issue. I have an audio tape of myself talking with Collette where it is crystal clear what she told me so I'm not worried one bit about this issue. Maybe Collette has forgotten about her telephone call to me asking to meet with me in the Portsmouth Krogers parking lot. Hum, I wonder! While she stood outside my van and told me about an issue at SOCF (Collette was one of my sources for a few stories about working conditions at SOCF) I was running a tape recorder to capture her words to protect me in the event of a lawsuit. During our discussion, SOCF employee Brady Womack pulled up and walked inside Krogers. Collette became very nervous and it was at that point she stated that she had filed for disability from the prison and that her condition was such that she could fake the amount of pain she was having because it could not be measured. Was she lying then or now?? Do you think with this tape that I'm worried about that issue? Not a chance.

Now for her deceased dad! Collette wrote on Moe's Forum that the funeral procession held against the 3 City Councilman twenty plus years ago was simply to show the death of the City of Portsmouth. What Collette fails to tell readers in her post is that her father ran pictures in the Portsmouth Daily Times that showed three caskets, not one, three, being pulled down Chillicothe Street with "Wanted Posters" on the carriage with pictures of each City Councilman on a seperate casket! Now I'm not a rocket scientist but if the procession was simply about the death of the City of Portsmouth why are there "3" caskets? Simple, the procession was calling for the death of the 3 City Councilmen, Harold Daub, Andrew Clausing, and Mark Price.

The night of the procession these men had their homes attacked! Men showed up with guns to possibly carry out the death warrant on these men that had been plastered on the PDT paper!
I have one of the Councilmen in question on the record stating that it was his belief the procession was requesting his death. So, do you think this worries me about a lawsuit? Not a bit!

So Collette/Wellman/Penix, bring yourself on down and file your suit and lets get it on! I can't wait to get you under oath and then bring in my other sources at SOCF to prove you to be the lying bitch that you truly have become! As for your going to the prosecutor for advice, it proves to me and others that what I said about you and your family having connections with the "gangsters" is in fact true. Scioto County Prosecutor Mark Kuhn defends the gang and where did you head? Right to the head legal gangster of Scioto County. As I said once before, you protest to much! So, don't sing it, bring it! I'm praying you file suit. Please, please do it! You're like the others, all mouth, no substance!

POSSIBLE SEX OFFENDER GARY DANIELS AKA LOOKDEEPER RANTS ON!!!

It truly never ceases to amaze me the responses posted on local forums when I write an initial story about someone asking a question to them such as my latest story about LOOKDEEPER, (Gary Daniels) possibly being a convicted sexual predator in Hamilton County Ohio.

Over on MOE'S FORUM, Daniels seems to have blown a gasket about my story but he doesn't attack me, he goes after Portsmouth City Councilman Bob Mollett. To my total surprise, Gary Daniels failed to deny that he is the sexual predator in Hamilton County. Doesn't that make you wonder? Hum!

Daniels lies to the readers on Moe's Forum by putting a hyper-link up claiming you are going to www.dougdeepe.com when in fact that website is no longer up and running. Where you are going is to this site which if you look in your address bar clearly shows that you are NOT on www.dougdeepe.com. This proves how big of a deceitful liar (and leads me to wonder again if he is the sexual predator in question) that Gary Daniels is and will always be. What other proof does anyone need than this. His claim that Portsmouth Councilman Bob Mollette has any connection to this blog site is false and I hope that Councilman Mollette considers taking legal action against Daniels to shut his mouth up, once and for all!!! Either get it right or shut up Daniels about Councilman Mollette. I just wonder why the fixation on the Mollette's by Daniels? Is he also a serial stalker?? It makes you wonder!

I did take a few minutes to read some other postings made by Daniels on Moe's Forum and it seems like Daniels is fixated on Councilman Mollette and Teresa Mollette having ownership of my old website Dougdeepe.com. Theresa Mollette immediately offered me the old website back when she saw I was returning to writing on the web but I have no need for the old website. In fact, the current blog you are reading this story on is free of charge. The old website charged me over $20.00 a month to maintain and operate. Anyone willing to pay for a free service is stupid.

So why is Gary Daniels so adament that Teresa Mollette return to me or give up the old website Dougdeepe.com?? Could it be that Daniels was one of the individuals that wanted to grab my old site and reopen it to do some writings using my internet name to deflect attention away from them?? I believe so!

Daniels has always been a "boy" (he doesn't deserve the distinction of being called a man) that hides under the coattails of others. First he puns his nickname off of me, then he jumps behind any public official that has some type of agenda against anyone that Daniels wants to attack. If anyone is working with Portsmouth Chief Charles Horner it is Gary Daniels. Daniels is a coward to come out in the open and fight battles alone as I have done, yet he believes he can dictate to those who own websites as to the "rightful owners" of an old website.

Daniels, a possible sexual predator that seems to enjoy tweeking the boobs of minor girls, I have only one thing to say to you: Take a hike and mind your own business.

IS LOOK DEEPER A CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER???

Well oh well, I just received some information, that if proven correct may blow the lid off of one of the most irritating MOE'S FORUM writers, LOOKDEEPER aka Gary Daniels. The information alleges that Gary Daniels was convicted of gross sexual imposition charges in Hamilton County, Ohio around 2003.

I wonder if this Gary Daniels is the same Gary Daniels known as LOOKDEEPER? Well I have a call in to the Hamilton County Prosecutors Office and have been promised a return call in the next few days with the home address of Gary Daniels.

This would be too good to be true!! I'll have the case number up tomorrow after I do a little more digging!

Sleep tight Gary!! Just leave the kiddies alone, please!

HORNER SHUT ME DOWN? DON'T THINK SO!!!

Just because I take some time off some fools around Portsmouth believe that they can spread my demise as fact. I found it funny to receive emails that said Lookdeeper and Chiefy Horner had joined forces and shut me down. Not so! See I'm alive just a little under the weather lately but now it has passed and it's about time to get back to work.

Gary Daniels, aka Lookdeeper, is just a simple copycat, pretender, or wanna be social cop without the balls to get out and actually take on the fight in the open public. Kinda like the majority of those six people on MOES'S FORUM that right about people without telling who they are so that someone can respond to them, or investigate their backgrounds.

Tomorrow is the beginning of the end for poor MOE and his followers. Austin and others that have been around me long enough know I don't make idle threats. I only make promises. First it starts with their websites, then their finances, then their credibility. It's always been a simple formula to follow with those that write lies and don't want to back them up in public.
